Orders are prepared for private delivery in plain external packaging. Ready-stock products ship from the listed warehouse; made-to-order delivery depends on the model, selected options and destination.

Ready-stock models cannot be modified. After payment and stock confirmation, dispatch takes 1–3 business days; total delivery is approximately 4–10 business days for the contiguous US or 6–13 for covered EU countries. Made-to-order production takes 10–15 business days for standard TPE, 15–25 for standard silicone, or 25–40 for special customization, plus international shipping.
